The location, the comfy bed, the breakfast, the quiet ambience are all wonderful. The staff are particularly welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Well done!
There was nothing not to like!
Everything about our stay was excellent
Nothing. Everything was fine.
I enjoyed the poolside area where my wife and I could sit by the pool and enjoy happy hour and just relax. The breakfast was amazing. And different menu everyday
The only thing I didn't care for was when we walked into our room for the first time it seems a little muggy.
The walkways inside the courtyard were dirty. The carpet inside the room was gross. There was leftover food still in the refrigerator.
Wonderful interior gardens with doors facing the gardens. The breakfast was delicious. The young Sioux women at the front desk was the nicest motel employee we've ever encountered. Happy Hour is a great idea. All hotels should consider it.
Eggs were great, sausage was too greasy. There were no gluten free options for carbs.
Sausage too greasy, no gluten free carbs
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially (I think her name was Chris at the front counter). She was soooo helpful and defused a bad situation.
Great location, clean room, nice breakfast.
excellent staff, helpful and friendly great full selection breakfast - free
Nice room overall
Great breakfast, great bed.
Layout of the building made us have to walk way to another building, old building, needs repair, but kept as clean as could be done with the old structure. Did not like having to carry all our things so far from the car - the elevator didn't work.
Wonderful breakfast. Around the clock coffee in lobby. Lovely areas to just hang out -- big lobby, several court yards, pool deck. It's possible to get take out at adjacent strip mall and eat at tables around pool deck or the several internal court yards.
Staff was excellent and the evening snacks and drinks by the pool were great.
The curb appeal was not the best. Pulling in and seeing Big Lots and parking in the back of the hotel seemed a little iffy, however everything worked out great.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast average. They did have a happy hour. It is about 5 minutes drive to Sabino Canyon and a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Mt. Lemmon
The hotel is in the corner of a parking lot of a strip mall. It is not close to nature! The room was very dark with a small window into the dark courtyard. It might be better on the second floor or a different room.
Good setup of the room
We wish the spa was warmer
